Hey, I’m Chris
And for over 20 years I’ve worked in this industry to help countless dealerships find their stride. In all that time I’ve noticed one big gap from dealership to dealership: lack of consistent training and materials for service managers and their teams. So in an effort to fill that gap, I created Team Fixed so that dealership owners can enhance their bottom line while creating the kind of team that loves to come to work.
Here are a few highlights from my career:
- Nearly 20 years of automotive leadership as an Internet Sales Manager, Service Manager, Fixed Operations Director, General Manager, and Group Director.
- Fixed operations at major dealerships and General Motors.
- Overseeing service, parts, collision repair, and detailing functions across 5 dealerships, 2 collision centers, 13 departments, 7 buildings, and 200 employees.
- Developing revenue growth strategies across fixed ops, service, repairs, sales, and financing.
- Managing reconditioning and inspections of around 800 trade-in vehicles monthly.
- Published author on successful fixed operations management.
